High Care (Nursing Home)

 High Care (nursing home) caters for those people who need significant assistance to undertake daily living activities or  require 24 hour nursing or  palliative care. They may also suffer from severe  dementia illnesses or behavioral difficulties.High Care

Entry into a High Care facility requires documented approval from an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) as outlined in  the Department of Health & Ageing website.
